DO NOT LIVE HERE! If I could give this place zero stars I would! I lived here for <2 years and I wish I could’ve moved out sooner. It’s way overpriced for such a deteriorating building that’s full of walkways of trash, inoperable laundry machines, and complete disregard for tenants. I have been living here for about two years now. Overall, the location is ideal, perfect for people from all different backgrounds, especially those working at UCSF Parnassus or are students there. I’d be lying if I said the complex is well-maintained. We have an AMAZING onsite resident manager at Mount Sutro Apartments, Rayonni Seegmiller. Rayonni is truly the heart and soul of this place. Scheduled tour and didn't show up! Wasted our time, what is wrong with the management??? So unprofessional. Waited 15mins, still nothing... terrible. Don't schedule a tour at all, this is literal garbabe, maybe scam idk
Loud, non-stop construction for 9 months straight. [EDIT: I am so glad the owner hired a PR firm to reply to this... The construction still ruined the experience of living around there for me. #toolittle #toolate] /eyeroll
Poor building management. Marlene, the first property manager I dealt with failed to document my parking spot. The second property manager Paul, gave my spot to another resident despite my paying for the spot in time in full each month. He failed to apologize or recognize Marlene’s paperwork error and gave me a less desirable spot after several days of my having to find my own parking despite paying for parking in full at the beginning of the month.
