Customer service has gone down. They have gotten big and shuffle ppl through.
when we paid for swimming, the clerk took our credit card information and wrote an invoice. what i mean is he didn't swipe the card, now my card information is on a piece of paper floating around in Chaffe County. Not enough shade provided for swimmers. 90 degrees outside a pool that is 90 degrees. a little too hot to not provide umbrellas. had some snacks very good. pool area is well maintained and clean. as well as the rest rooms. all in all a nice place to take the family.
Very clean, people were pleasant. Not enough lounge chairs or shaded areas to get out of sun. Very crowded! Pool with slide was like going to Elitches Amusement Park, having to wait in long line. Restaurant was awesome lunch, great food atmosphere for reasonable price. Overall enjoyed.

Everything else was great except the wifi. One hot Spring was too hot. The slide is amazing. View is spectacular.
Wasn't as nice as I had hoped, couldn't check In till 3pm on the dot, rented a cabin for two days had to ask for more towels, one wash cloth, no soap, and was very over crowded at the pools. Not worth the price. Had stayed here years ago and it was sad to see how it has gone down.
The time we had together was amazing. Yoga was challenging and fun and the hot springs were amazing and healing. It was quite the experience!
