Excellent resort, staff was super friendly, and the hot pools were outstanding but we were very disappointed in the cleanliness of our cabin. The dishwasher and cabinets were full of dirty and broken dishes that were still covered in half eaten food, there was dirt (not dust - dirt) piled in the drawer with the coffee and utensils, and it looked like someone had tried to break in the side door and no one bothered to fix it. We had a great time. Cabin was perfect. Will definitely do it again, only longer!
The hot springs were nice but the internet connection is spotty and the water in the whole place is reversed. Cold is actually hot and the hot is cold. It's a good place to go but, if you want to be connected while you are there don't count on a good connection. Which kind of sucks because it's not cheap to stay there.
The adult Only pool is beautiful! I realized however that kids come over there with no bracelets and act a fool. Beautiful renovations and the overall experience was very good.
