I love this place. booked our room and 4 days before we went I called to see if everything was set and they told me they upgraded me to a cabin. that was great. I will be back again.

The place was beautiful this time of the year. I did not have any problem with the front desk during check in. However, I hurt my foot at bathhouse when I hit my foot against the front end of the plastic floor mat that was popping up. This was right next to the check in area inside the bathhouse. I informed the gentleman but he just ignored. After completing my bath and got out of the men's locker room I hit my foot again against the opposite end of the same plastic mat. Love this place! Staff is always amazing and accommodating. Pools are great and the river pools even better. Trail rides at the stables are awesome. The whole eexperience is quintessential Colorado!
loved it ... the hot pool was WONDERFUL.. I loved having a lap pool also .. Would have loved it more if I could have gotten down to the pools in the river.. there is no access it them unless you are young and can climb up and down many boulders... I really wanted to get in the pools in the river, :-(
It is in a gorgeous setting, the scenery spectacular. The grounds are beautifully maintained. Updated but still has the rustic CO feel that at least my family wants when heading to the mountains, but we are co natives. Don't agree with some of the reviews except for the cost to stay, I think it is a bit pricey. The restaurant def is not worth the price as food is not at 5 star caliber but they charge as if they are 5 star. Love the pools and the creekside hot springs. We found this oasis on the internet and completely impressed with everything from the natural hot springs, pools, mountain bikes and trails and the rooms. Will definitely go back!!
