Staff is very friendly and go above your needs. Replaced battery in smoke detector within an hour. Replaced dry towels with warm full sized bath towels needed during the cool fall and winter months. Dinner was 5 star chef quality and service. Chocolate lava cake for the birthday cake for my love rosebud🎂🐻❤️🌹🎉🎊

Hot springs a little pricey at 35 restaurant very pricey & food was just ok..would not eat at restaurant again.. beautiful place friendly people...
Stayed in the main lodge was not happy with my room. The hot springs are nice and restaurant was delicious. Just a little overpriced. But it was okay just don't suggest the lodge rooms.

From the moment you drive down the road toward the hot springs resort you feel like you are being transported to heaven. The mountain air and the views are spectacular. We stayed in Cabin number 15 with two other couples and loved it. The beds are comfy and the blankets very warm. The upper adult pools are the place to go if you have not brought the kiddos. The worst hot springs experience I have ever had. They messed up our reservation even thought they had sent us a confirmation email. We had to pull up the email to prove their mistake and then still questioned. On our second day half of the hot springs were closed for construction. We were charged full price to enjoy the lovely sound of jack hammering and back hoe operation. When we complained, the response was, "yeah, we are getting a lot of complaints..." We had a great overall experience this past weekend; however, they need to do a better job at letting people know that the water slides are only open for summer, and also better signage for directing new comers whom are unfamiliar with the springs.
Very nice facilities on the non kid side. Good service in the restaurant, but it's small...bar could be bigger.
