Nurses can't even give medication I've been taking for 10 years on a schedual 12 4 8 so in a course of 5 days I have completely missed 3 doses that seems rediculas to me
Rude person answered phone and I nicely asked if they take walk ins and the hours. Whoever answered was very RUDE and said Obviously you have never been here. I said no I am calling for my mother in law do you take United Healthcare. She said yes but not HMO and I said it was a PPO. She was loudly eating and acted like we were a huge inconvenience to even call and inquire about coming in. I told her I was sorry to inconvenience her and that she was rude and we would go to Patient First at this point.
Recommendedmy daughter broke both her bones in her leg and all the nurses and doctors we're very nice and did a wonderful job taking care of my daughter and fixing her leg. Thank to every nurse and doctor for helping my little girl 💝

Well I came in here with my girlfriend who is sickens has ear pain. The check in time was fine but the once we got into the room it was dirty like caps from needles on the floor someone used face mask. I brought this up to one nurse we said something to to someone but no one has done anything. RecommendedCame into ER with issues. They took me so seriously and I was treated so well. Really impressed with all right down to the sweetheart at the desk.
You’ll die in the hallway waiting on this hospital. You have a better at diagnosising yourself and performing your own surgery! Never would I recommend anyone to their emergency department!
The nurses are rude. they tell you one thing when it's another. And when you try to tell them they where wrong they want threaten throw my husband out. the got me in sucide room for no reason. I don't recommend this place
