Went to Maritza based on a friend’s recommendation, and am so happy I did! I have curly hair (3b) and am hesitant to get it cut often because not everyone knows what they are doing. Maritza did a phenomenal job! She cut it dry to clearly see the way my curls fall and layered it well, just as I like it. I will be back!

Incredible, such great service! I love how easy they make it to tip when you don’t have cash! I would like to highlight Yougly Olivares, who did a fabulous job. I would recommend and return.
I highly recommend Mt Pleasant Unisex Salon. Very reasonable prices. Lisra and Melky have always given me superb haircuts. I receive compliments for days! All the stylists and barbers are excellent. They can cut any style or age. I like to see the kids with their cool haircuts. I drive or take the bus from the National Cathedral area. It's a couple doors down from Ellē and a very popular taco place. On Saturdays a farmers market is across the street. So turn your haircut into an expedition!
