I was just getting an x-ray at Mount All of it, Office the x-ray technician was extremely rude. I was trying to get off the x-ray table and she gave me absolutely no assistance. I had to roll an aside and fight my way off the table and she just stood there looking and just being rude as hell, I’ll never go back. And I live in Mount Olive that was the beauty of it.
They never answer when you call. The receptionists are rude. They act as if they are inconvenienced by having to stop gossiping with the other receptionists in their little office to talk to a patient. They also won’t see you if you have Covid-19 or prescribe anything, or at least Whitney O’Brien won’t. Hours on door say opened online site says opened but door is locked with staff inside. If you call they tell you they have no provider go elsewhere at 9:15 am on a weekday. This really isn’t acceptable!
Ryan Rico is awesome! Very friendly, very professional, a young guy, very personable, very knowledgable with alot of knowledge and truly has your health at mind and heart. 11/10 Rating from me.
