I was a new customer, and the service was terrible. I had already paid for gel color, but I was charged an additional $5 for a layer of sparkle on my nails and another $5 for sparkle on my toes. When I questioned the charges, I was told the posted price board was old and that regular customers already know the current prices. As a new customer, how was I supposed to know that? Took my daughter and wife to get manicures and said "why not" at a pedicure. Loved it. Foot massage and hacking away at the dead skin on my feet is awesome. Then she pulls out a sugar scrub and lotion and goes into my legs and feet and my legs are so soft they did a great job on my wife n daughters nails too but honestly I was in my own little world.

Don’t go unless you have an appointment. “Walk-ins Welcome” doesn’t mean anything, showed up at opening and was asked to come back 5 hours later. Drove 40 mins today because I’ve had great past experiences, just to be turned away. They lost a customer today. Worked out for the better though, GiGi Nails, just down the road was fantastic, takes walk-ins and is brand new.
This place is soooo unfriendly, I called in to see if they could take me and another person in about 20 mins she says Ohkay we get here and I come in say hey I called in for 2, literally they just looked up at us, no one said “pick a color “ NOTHING, so then the lady tells us we can go to chair 6 and 7 the person I was with said she ain’t want her feet done but I still did, so I go to booth 6 and I sit there, no one came up to up water in the little tub thing, so I get up and join my party as she’s getting her nails done, an... read more
