My first experience here - and overall i’m pretty disappointed. I arrived and was immediately treated with weird and mean comments - after I decided I wanted to change from dip to gel. The ladies argued with me, and even after I repeatedly apologized for changing what appointment I made- they still weren’t happy. Came in. First time. Got my nails done. Helen did them. She went to super glue a nail that was lifting half way. It should be removed I told her. She went and started yelling and talking crap to mother girl who worked there. The manager came over and tells me we have to glue to remove it. Made no sense at all. I told her I’ve had my nails done for 25 years and have never had that issue. I’m also licensed in Hair and Nails. First time visiting. Helen did my nails and she was wonderful! She was so kind and did a great job. She was quick without being rushed, which I really appreciate. The entire staff was all very friendly. I will definitely be back!
