I decided to upgrade to the Pearl Pedicure today and Ann did the most amazing job. The extended massage was wonderful and her attention to nail shaping is perfect. My feet are so soft!

I had one of the worst experiences getting a gel full set and pedicure. My nail technician, Helen, was dismissive and refused to do my nails the way I requested. The quality was terrible—thick polish, bulky nails, and poorly shaped. They are also not honest with their pricing. The front desk added charges to my bill after already giving me a receipt, with no clear explanation. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and do not recommend this place.
Helen did a horrible job on my nails. The quality was very poor, and the nails looked thick and bulky. Definitely not worth the price at all. Extremely overpriced for such bad work. I would not recommend.
