It was a VERY positive experience! Kathy was wonderful - gentle during the procedures and provided so much helpful information. Dr. Gosnell was very informative also. Oh, I realized after coming home that I put the wrong date on the paperwork - put 2/27 instead of 2/23. My mind has been on 2/27 with a friend having colon cancer surgery Monday. Bob
