Been patient for years but only had to have one tooth extracted before and it's terrifying for me. New dentist never met before but since I've had good luck in the past figured no big deal. Everyone was kind, understanding, patient, compassionate, and quick - very quick! Less than 24 hours later, I have no pain, slept great last night, no problem chewing, actually forgot I'd had a tooth taken out. Got phone call from dentist asking how I was feeling. Nice touch.

Mt. Lookout Dentistry has given excellent service both times I have visited and in between. The staff is very pleasant, thorough and takes the time to listen to your concerns. They are cognizant of your time and able to make your visit as smooth as possible. They will work with you on monthly payments if needed and are quick to return phone calls. You can actually speak with the Dentist and not just the staff if you have a problem between visits. I would suggest this office to anyone looking for a positive dental experience.

Superior Customer Service Mt. Lookout Dentistry has given excellent service both times I have visited and in between. As a new patient, I'm tremendously impressed with the professionalism of the staff and the friendliness and efficiency of the front office. Technology is up-to-the-minute: Dr. Croop took photographs of some hairline tooth fractures and showed them to me instantaneously. He also listened carefully to my concerns and recommended preventive measures. Whoever thought I'd like going to the dentist so much.

Recent crown prep and filing was accomplished in a smooth and non-painful manner. Everyone was, as usual, concerned about my personal comfort and well being. I know I have the best dental practice in Cincinnati. Kudos to all.
