Robin did a great thorough job cleaning my teeth. I was concerned that I got several e-mails requesting me to confirm my appointment after I had called in response to the old fashioned postcard.

Called the office at about 10am on President's Day due to right side jaw pain that had begun on Saturday. An appointment was set up for 2pm that day and Drs. Gosnell and Croop both consulted on my problem. After ruling out an abcess, the diagnosis was a blocklage of the Parotid duct. However, Dr.Croop felt I should follow up with an oral surgeon for condfirmation. He called Dr. Steven Rubell who agreed to see me as soon as I could get to his Montgomery office.
