Odd for a dental practice to rock! I've been a patient of David Croop for the last twenty years. Their customer engagement has always blown me away. They ask about how my wife is doing, how the kids are doing (by name, not the generic "kids"), then ask nicely if I ever scheduled that peradontist appontment they've been asking me to for too long. Things went very well and very quickly. I was taken in early and out in a mere half hour. That was about what I expected. Dr. Croop was personable and jovial and took care of the last bit of making the oimpression.
