The visit was the usual upbeat Being ever con... The visit was the usual upbeat positive experience. Staff is always very friendly.I think I tend to take the actual professional service a litle for granted. I've never had any negative issues after any dental appointment with Dr. Croop or any of the staff. Being ever conscientious of every dollar personally, and not covered under any dental plan, I still concider Mt. Lookout Dentristry a bargain! Thank you.
I love having Karen as my hygienist. When I w... I love having Karen as my hygienist. She is a very special person in my eyes. When I was a patient of Dale Seimer, the cost of dental care seemed to be more reasonable than it is now. Unless there is a lowering of costs, I will need to find another dentist practice whose fees are more reasonable.

You all are great. I had a time crunch with my appointment this week, and Robin made sure I got out of my appointment in time to pick up my son from school. This took some creativity, but she made sure i got out of there on tome without sacrificing quality. Serving the patient's needs is clearly the priority!

Everyone in your office is so compassionate and reassuring. I am scared to death of dentists so the compassion truly helps calm me down. Dr. Croop did not rush anything and made sure everything was just so. Nothing slipshod here! Whew! Glad I found y'all!!!
