As always, very professional. Dr. As always, very professional. Dr. Croop keeps you informed as to the procedure and what he is doing as well. Some procedures take longer as it is necessary, and the patients comfort level is important for him. The staff always provide a friendly and comfortable atmosphere for one's visit.

If you have an appointment for 8:00 a.m., you are taken back within five minutes of your scheduled time. Never try to push additional procedures on you. Suggestions are made but no pressure to have them done.
