Excellent dental care from both Dr Gosnell and the assistants. Slightly negative experience recently, however, when the office staff never called me back regarding a question I had for the dentist. I eventually got the info by following up but the staff person missed her commitment. Not enough to downgrade my rating, however.

Dr Croop and his team always treat my family and me with great care and excellent service. I have had some fairly radical procedures over the years and it is critical to know what is going to be done and who is going to do it. I trust Dr Croop implicitly.
