Confidence and compassion Dr. Croop exudes an aura of confidence so I have confidence in him. And Diane....what compassion. At intervals during the procedure, she asks how I'm doing. Boy, do I appreciate that!
I had a cap put on a chipped front tooth about three years ago and in an accident the cap was chipped off. Being a senior in high school, I was mortified and did not want to go to school with half of my front tooth missing. Conveniently, my mom had a cleaning scheduled at Mount Lookout the next day. My parents have been seeing Dr. Croop for many years. She called and Dr. Croop agreed to make time and evaluate my situation. He took 30 minutes out of his day and mended the cap back on my tooth, making me smile look even better... read more

Office was hard to find but other than that everyone was so nice. Didn't have to wait at all after I finished filling out my new patient forms. Staff and Dr. We're very professional, thorough and timely. Would definitely refer to my friends.
