The doctors here are great, and I've had good experiences with them being very kind and thorough. I can only give 3 stars though because the woman who answers the phone is incredibly rude, and I just had a horrible experience speaking with her. She was cold and short, didn't wait for me when I told her I needed a second before she gave me a phone number, and cut me off multiple times during the call, including when she hung up on me. Dr Whalen is excellent None better.
I have never been to a doctor's office who is more invested or caring about my health then this office. Excellent record keeping and willing to fight for the right treatment. I am so grateful for all of you!
