AVOID!!! This place is a money grab. other than long wait times which i understand happens sometimes, the Dr. Patel is not very caring, she rushes through appointments, does not take time to ask questions. she just wants you to take tests and get shots and charge you lots of money. I asked the front desk lady how much a test would cost, she looked at her paper and said "only $10". Then I got a bill for 840$. Wish I would have read the reviews before wasting my time. She was an hour late for a televisit, then she rushed me off the phone without hearing all of my concerns because she had "patients that were getting upset waiting for her". Lol...really? Told me I could set up another televisit before my appointment for testing, so I did. I started with my concerns about her making me wait an hour the last time and 30 minutes this times. Save yourself some time and go anywhere but here. The staff is completely clueless (like really bad) and the doctor is rude and disrespectful. She reminds me of the wicked witch in the Wizard of Oz. She has a total lack of compassion for her patients and I have no idea why she practices medicine besides for the money. The only thing she pushes is allergy shots no matter what is wrong with you. Unfortunately, incredibly long wait times after arriving for appointments & need for follow-up in order for action.
NEVER ON TIME, APPOINTMENT SCHEDULED FOR 10:15 AM SHE WALKS IN AT 10:45AM. THEN TAKES HER 10:00AM APPOINTMENT AT 11:00AM. I WILL FIND ANOTHER DOCTOR WHO VALUES THE PATIENTS TIME. THIS IS NOT THE FIRST TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED.
