I hate it when the Drs aren't there. I had to go back twice this week. Yesterday I was sent for xrays to see if I had pneumonia AND IT WAS MORNING. I NEVER GOT A CALL BACK WITH RESULTS. I'M SO SICK!!!!

Uhh, almost 2 hours and still no doctor. Staff are good about making excuses though, maybe they have good practice? Looks like the minute clinic will get my future business. Wow, how things have changed...I used to get right in. Business must be good...customer service greatly suffering as a result.
I took my very ill son into MJFC this afternoon at roughly 4:45 pm. The receptionist was on the phone for the better part of 10 minutes before eventually hanging up and speaking with me. She informed me that my son couldn't be seen because it was too close to 5 pm. While I understand that you eventually have to close I also feel that if you are open until 5 as it clearly states on the door that you would accept patients up until you close, especially to see a SICK child.
