The kickboxing class is absolutely amazing! Everytime I leave the class I know I got a great workout in for the day. Would love to see this class on the regular schedule!
I’ve been coming here for about a year and really appreciate the male manager—he’s always kind and friendly, though I’m not sure of his name. However, my experience with the female staff has been quite the opposite. They often give dirty looks, act sarcastically rude, and aren’t welcoming. After reading some other one-star reviews with similar complaints, it’s clear this is an ongoing issue. Please consider working with the staff to encourage a more positive and friendly attitude. Being kind to others really isn’t difficult.
This place is glorified community center not an athletic club. Mostly teens and moms with their children. Pool was a huge disappointment for someone who actually wanted to swim laps and exercise in water. Water was cloudy and stripped my hair every time. I couldnt swim without sharing it with unsupervised kids and moms with their babies, which to mean equals swimming in pee. Would love to shout out Rory, my son’s swim instructor. She is so good with my son, is very patient and has the sweetest disposition. Slowly with her help , my son is learning the basics of swimming and overcoming water fears!
