I bought a used RAM 2500 here back in early December and my overall experience was frustrating. For starters, their “lowest and best price” claim and being a no haggle dealership for used vehicles is not true. Just like any dealer, they will negotiate and WILL drop the price by thousands when their trucks aren’t selling. First let me say Carlos was awesome to work with. Great dude. But if the manager isn’t there, nothing can happen. Just make sure when you’re signing the paperwork you take time to really read it and see what you’re getting charged for. The “flashing brake light that reduces rear end collisions by 90%” is a $599 brake light you’ll pay for. There’s also zero research to back that claim. Brought my vehicle in for a possible transmission issue. Exactly one year ago I was forced to have MHAR completely replace the transmission when it completely went out with zero warning a few miles away. With the two year unlimited warranty of course brought back despite living over hour away. While I greatly appreciate the loaner vehicle, being charged $184 for just bringing my car in is offensive!
