Failed to communicate changes to the estimated date/time to complete service to my vehicle although the work was done well
Terrible customer service, they had my car for a week and a half and after being told the repairs would be done and the car just need some programing after the parts we're installed nothing was ever done the car was not fixed and was returned to me with more fault lights then when I dropped it off.
