Why can’t all auto dealerships have this level of professionalism, transparency, honesty, and integrity? I found the perfect Certified Used fully optioned 2 year old Ram 1500 Limited 4x4 at their Ontario location, and it was priced at literally thousands of dollars less than other equal mileage and optioned Limited’s at competing dealers. I do not recommend bringing your vehicle here. The service is lacking, and their practices are questionable. I brought my Ford Fusion inonlyfor a diagnostic because my warranty required one before they could approve any repairs. The shop told the warranty company that I needed a whole new engine, and quoted $11,000 for the replacement which is ridiculous considering the car isn’t even worth that much.
