I bought a 2019 Chevy 2500 diesel truck. The salesman was very nice. When I test drove the truck the coolant light came on when I went to start it. I was told they would get that fixed. I went back to pick up the truck after I bought it. The coolant light was still on, so I had to take a Friday off to go back and have it fixed. It took almost 8 hours. I bought a used RAM 2500 here back in early December and my overall experience was frustrating. For starters, their “lowest and best price” claim and being a no haggle dealership for used vehicles is not true. Just like any dealer, they will negotiate and WILL drop the price by thousands when their trucks aren’t selling. First let me say Carlos was awesome to work with. Great dude. But if the manager isn’t there, nothing can happen. Just make sure when you’re signing the paperwork you take time to really read it and see what you’re getting charged for. The “flashing brake light that reduces rear end collisions by 90%” is a $599 brake light you’ll pay for. There’s also zero research to back that claim.
