Awful experience with this place! Zero stars. My adult daughter took our senior 13 year old Morkie who has early dementia and is high anxiety to be “groomed” by this facility under anesthesia since he is now too anxious at a typical groomer. We were told that lab work would be done prior to sedating him to be sure it was safe (we found out this was NOT done and completely negligent considering his age)! I always take my cat Sassy to Dr. Barns when she is ill. They are so caring when it comes to making sure she is took care of. I would recommend them 10/10.
