A woman and a dog live there. I went in to rent a unit. While speaking with the woman the dog jumped on my leg, frightened me and I screamed. The woman said that when I screamed I almost gave her a heart attack so she told me to "GET OUT". I told her the dog almost gave me a heart attack. She again told me to "GET OUT". So, I left. Who does that? Does she own the business?
Great service, manager goes out of her way to help and make your storage experience a good one. if i need storage again i will definately go back to this complex.
