If I could leave a zero I would. I became a customer in August 2014. I was in search of a storage facility to house my personal belongings preparing for the sale of my home. I purposefully asked about the safety and crime at this location and was assured there were 24hour camera's covering the property and any necessity to review footage associated with my unit would be allowed. A woman and a dog live there. I went in to rent a unit. While speaking with the woman the dog jumped on my leg, frightened me and I screamed. The woman said that when I screamed I almost gave her a heart attack so she told me to "GET OUT". I told her the dog almost gave me a heart attack. She again told me to "GET OUT". So, I left. Who does that? Does she own the business?
