Doing business at this branch is a dumpster fire. They want to hold your payroll check for a day after you get paid. What a terrible policy and I cannot wait to take my money out of his bank. Just a people's bank Left Over after being so loyal to the bank for 12 years or more .
I founf the staff very polite and I was able to process my transactions quickly
The lady that I had today was very rude the whole time i was there every time I asked something she would give such a rude response back!
This bank chain of long nose merchants has been bought and sold 4 times over the last 10 years. First Rockville, then peoples, then peoples united, and now M&T (meaning "merchants taking") This time the current she,ckle grabbers now charge you $10 a month to simply have a checking account... I'll soon be moving all my money elsewhere.
