Poor customer service, and very rude. They don't care for their customers.

Haven't had any issues yet, the overdraft policy is amazing (which is to reject the payment instead of charging a fee). Also, the process of taking out a personal loan was solid and the best rate I could find in the area.
Whoever your company is using as a recruiting company you need to rid them. The recruiter Jana Venable was super unprofessional and rude. Hire a better recruiting company .
Poor experience. Poor customer service. Long wait times. Merger with united isn't going well. Very poorly executed. Incompetent tech support service representatives.
