Friendly and professional
Was just there waited for roughly 10 mins to be called next only to have the people that came in after me get called to be taken care of. Crazy to think that me being of color would come into play. The guy at the counter took care of 3 people who were white at that point I just left bcuz of the bank that I am currently using has people like this working I am definitely going to be changing banks going forward. Sheryl is the best!! She helped me open a checking account with me not knowing one thing, (I’m a young adult) she took the time to explain and help me understand what it was that I was doing. She’s the best!!
