I wish I can give it NO stars. Didn't want to help me with "suspicious activity" on my account but didn't do a thing to find out what happened. Just closed my account and wouldn't tell me anymore information so I can look out for more strange activity that dealt with my money. Thanks FOR nothing
We have been banking at M&T bank for 45 years and at the Military Road branch for quite a bit of time and have to say that customer service has been exceptional and always available for whatever we need. Highly recommend!
Great costumer service
This Branch has become terrible. They will not staff the counter adequately. They have zero issues with wasting your time. They could care less. 2/3 of the tellers seem to find joy in inconveniencing you in any way possible while ""assisting" you at the counter. I've had an m&t bank account since I was 2 but I will soon be banking elsewhere.
