Very bad customer service on the platform.
Don't even bother pulling up to the drive-thru ATM there. They never have it on. It's never working. I don't believe that it's just always out of service. I feel like they're just not putting new money so they don't have to do anything extra?

Needs more hours. Why the heck is a BANK closing at 4pm on weekdays? Edit to say that the branch manager reached out to me to discuss concerns. I still think this branch needs a few more hours a week. However, I have banked with m&t for years and have nothing but good things to say about every other experience ive had with them. The branch manager was very friendly and considerate of my concerns.
