This Branch has become terrible. They will not staff the counter adequately. They have zero issues with wasting your time. They could care less. 2/3 of the tellers seem to find joy in inconveniencing you in any way possible while ""assisting" you at the counter. I've had an m&t bank account since I was 2 but I will soon be banking elsewhere.
Anybody with a business I would stay away from M and TI am working on right now. Change in, they don't help you at all. I was with him for 14 years. And I need a loan for 20000 and they told me to use my line of credit, that's over 14%. I just got to prove for a truck.5.8 percent interest and in a lot more than 20000 I'm done with this bank.
Worse back in the world the service is terrible And put dated.No urgency drive thru is more important than the people standing in the bank. Telling people walking in the door to go somewhere else is outrageous.Just close it down
How are working people expected to do business if banks close at unreasonable hours, not everyone trusts online banking processes
