Horrible 800 customer service I'm 60 & my mom is 83 an we've been banking with m&t for over 50yrs!!!! Seriously considering moving are accounts to another banking nstitution
This location is absolutely horrible people walk up to use the drive up ATM every time I'm here. If you don't have a vehicle why are you walking up to the drive up ATM, go inside the bank!!! It's so rude to hold up the line of vehicles outside.
