horrendous experience. after 3 days suffering incredible pain and symptoms that most likely are kidney related, I went here only to be told that I could be given antibiotics but I would need to go to ER for CT scan. And then the doctor just walked out of the room promptly not to return. when I asked at the desk about that antibiotic, they receptionist told me that the doctor wanted me to go to ER. I was literally standing there with tears in my eyes because of the pain and explained that I cannot afford the ER. ER visits cos... read more

We are so sorry to hear about your experience in our office. Our provider thought that you should go to emergency room for the symptoms you presented with. Your health is our top priority even if it means sending you somewhere else. We wish you a speedy recovery.
I have been to Mt. Auburn Urgent Care twice - once for a nasty ear infection right before I had to take a flight last year & today for an unbearable sinus infection. (I have seen Dr. Hays both times.) I cannot believe the efficiency of this office! I'm not saying that it should take the place of a primary care physician; however, if you need to be seen, the people on this staff are unbelievably quick & courteous.
The front office staff and the nurse were lovely. I have no idea if I saw a Doctor, a PA or some guy wearing scrubs since he didn't bother to introduce himself. He took a single look at my finger, didn't touch it or ask me how I did it or what it felt like. Told me he would call in an rx and walked out the door. I'll obviously be calling my insurance company because I'll need to see my GP tomorrow to actually diagnose me.
My daughter who is a student at University of Cincinnati visited this urgent care facility because the university medical center could not see her for about 5 hours. She paid the $45 co-pay and saw the Doctor, he looked in her throat and said she had strep. She dismissed that because her throat was not even hurting. He took her oxygen level and immediately told her she needed to go to ER because her oxygen level continued to drop and she needed a breathing treatment and they did not have a nebulizer. What urgent care does no... read more
Most tackiest, uneducated , unprofessional place EVER! Only one nurse was nice the rest were rude and acted as if they didn't want to assist! The dr came in and didn't even greet or introduce himself he immediately came in and checked my breathing ONLY nothing else and said oh I think it's this I'll write u a prescription then handed it to me and walked right out without saying anything else!! Wtf!!! Ghetto ratchets ass place never again!!!

We apologize that this was your experience in our office. A member of our staff will be reaching out to you to discuss this matter further.
Staff is very undereducated and undertrained. Had a nurse who did not know how to take my sons blood pressure and then a doctor who severly misdiagnosed eczema. I gave them two tries and now will never go again. If you have a real problem don't risk it. If you just need antibiotics, you may be okay.
I will never step foot here again!I was waiting for my test results when the Office called me to let me know they was going to call my medication in to the pharmacy. I asked the obvious question."What's wrong with me?" Staff told me she needed to talk to the doctor and will return my call. Staff called me back but I still did not get a diagnosis. Staff tells me the meds she will call to pharmacy and one of them I am allergic to!! The end of this complaint is even the pharmacist question the order!!!
My son was seen today for strep throat, we were in the waiting area for 10 minutes and he was seen by a Doctor in less than 10 minutes. We will definitely be back!!!
Although I got the presciptions I needed, it was only because I told the nurse exactly what I needed. She didn't question anything I asked for and proceeded to look up medications in a pocket book to make sure she was spelling them right. Made me very uncomfortable. I could have asked for hard drugs and this woman probably would have handed them to me no questions asked. Luckily I knew what I needed otherwise I doubt I would have been prescribed the correct meds. However, it was very timely and the people were nice.
