The Mt Auburn radilogy team deserve an award for the rudest medical staff on the East Coast. This radiology team are slow and full of attitude. Getting my X-Ray taken was easy (they are happy to take money). Getting the X-Ray set to my doctor was almost impossible (they are not happy to do some work). There are many other radiology clinics you can go to in Boston that have a baseline of competence and zero attitude.
Two years ago, I had an MRI done there. They placed some earplugs very loosely in my ears. I had no idea how loud it would get. Since then, I’ve had chronic probably lifelong tinnitus.
