The nurses and doctors and anesthesiologist in Labor and Delivery, Postpartum, and the Special Care Nursery at Mount Auburn are completely amazing. They made sure that I made it through a complicated delivery and recovery, and that my sweet tiny twins are getting excellent care. They even made adorable cards for Mother’s Day with our babies’ footprints!! ��

Got there for the walk in clinic. The receptionist was extremely rude. They made me wait and wait while other people kept getting there and going in. No words on why it's never my turn. Then finally it's my turn. Nurse scanned my bracelet. Didn't ask name or age. Gave me an Hep B vaccine. I got home and the bracelet is NOT MY NAME. It's from someone who is 73 years old. Now I'm wondering if what I got is really the vaccine. Could this people be more unprofessional? I think not.
I Wholeheartedly agree with Dennis McCarthy — worst hospital I have ever been to since I have been living in Massachusetts for the past 30 years! My daughter works near there and had to go there because she was so sick. We waited a minimum of two hours in the emergency room and no one was being called back. Most of the staff were very rude. I think they should go to human resource classes to learn how to treat people better and practice customer service. �����The Mount! Been put back together there twice, a Prophylactic Mastectomy with Immediate Reconstruction, Nipple Reconstruction, and possibly a revision Breast Lift to correct asymmetry
An absolute disgrace. 4.5 hours in room saw md once. 2 test later and a major melt down, md finally came back in. Rn just walks away when shift was over after saying she would be in. I'm embarrassed to say I even worked here. Customer service sucks.
