Had to have my insurance company call to find out how much out-of-pocket expense I would be looking at. Mt Auburn would not give them codes for my appointment and basically had to drag out of them that I was looking at a range of $50 to $439 out of pocket. It was a New Patient visit versus a consult appt. I had to call back and ask further questions to determine it would be a consult AND new patient adding up to $489. I WOULD NOT SAVE ANYTHING!! So $489 for the "consult" and then an additional appointment for the actual proc... read more
