I have been a patient at this office for a few years now. I never Have to wait long for my appt. If i have An issue and my Dr is booked, I am able to be seen by other staff members who are very thorough. I am very happy to be a patient here.
Rude, unprofessional and unethical practice - avoid this group at all costs! I started going to this office when my long time primary care physician joined the practice a few years back. After being with this same physician for almost two decades, he moved out of the area and left the practice. Unfortunately, they turned their back on all of his long time patients and told us to go elsewhere. The front desk will leave you on hold for more than 30 minutes they will come every once in a while then leave then after they leave you waiting on the phone for more than 30 minutes then they will go ahead and send you to the voice mail unprofessional can't wait to change pcp
Every negative Google review of this office has been based on one bad experience on one day. I'd like to weigh in from my 20 years of experience as a patient to give this practice an unqualified five stars. Health care providers don't have an easy time of it these days. Their work has been monetized and is bought and sold like a commodity by big corporations. The whole system is degrading as a human service, and the public is not happy.
