This place is special, all the best of a small resort. Steep runs, the bowl is fantastic, gorgeous views, friendly locals. I have family living in Ashland which is a short ride up to the mountain. Yes lifts are slow but steady, food is not great in the lodge, but a nice little cafe upstairs. Beats battling crazy crowds at larger resorts any day!! I ❤️Mt. Ashland

I learned to ski on Mt Ashland. I took a few years off, but they were right here when I returned to skiing. Now both my boys learned to love the snow on the same great mountain. Everyone on the mountain greats you with a smile and a true passion to be on the mountain. Hiram is doing an excellent job keeping the mountain fresh and exciting. Thank you Mt Ashland crew!

The trails are challenging, the people are friendly, and due to the fact that the area faces mostly north, the snow is great on a regular basis. In the fut... read more

Great local area. Have had several different instructors for the kids lessons and all of them were knowledgeable and friendly. Easy to get in and out of and no lines. This is a wonderful place to teach the kids how to ski/snowboard.
