I just spent a week in rehab at Mt Ascutney Hospital following a knee replacement at DHMC. This was the second time I've spent time as an inpatient following surgery at DHMC. The first was 10 years ago. Both times I received top notch care. I felt fortunate to be under the care of Dr. Bill Palmer and the entire hospital staff, nurses, LNAs, therapists, kitchen staff and housekeeping. Everyone treated me with respect. Someone from there reached out to me with a issue that has been going on for quite sometime. It has made me rethink my recent post. I still will not go with 5 stars, though, due to their slow billing, high charges and coding. As for healthcare they are great.
