I had been bleeding in the er waiting room for over 3hrs before being seen by anyone. Im the only person in the waiting room. Very unprofessional!!!

Followed my urologist, Marie-Claude Bettencourt, to Mt. Ascutney Hospital from Springfield Hospital for care. Had my first procedure there today and highly recommend Pre Admission Testing, Same Day Surgery and the Operating Room staff (I can't recall names, but everyone was caring and professional). BTW, I have been an RN and an operating supervisor for 40 years and kind of know what I am talking about.
With staff online and actively trolling people who don't agree with their political ideology, one is forced to wonder what kind of treatment they'd be able/willing to provide.
This hospital is simply the best! From the doctors, to the therapists and nurses, all were incredible! We thank GOD for putting our Mom in their hands. We truly believe that she would not be doing the things she's able to do now had it not been for@Mt.AscutneyHospital&Health Center. THANK YOU ALL!🙏
If I could give them negative stars I would. Unproffesional. They mis-diagnose all the time. They’re rude and have no empathy. They’ll tell you one thing but when you go to Dartmouth you’ll be told something different because my Ascutney misses everything and refuses to do tests if they don’t feel like it.
Went to ER by Ambo. after a car accident. There were only 3 patients, myself, my friend and the guy who hit my friend's car in the ER so it was not busy. The nurse practitioner was on duty and missed the classic signs of a concussion, which was later diagnosed by a Doctor from Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center as a severe concussion. No follow-up call to check how I was progressing but the hospital did call my friend who was in the accident with me and lives in another state. Did cardiac rehab after a valve replacement. Excellent people. I'm currently undergoing therapy at the Miller Pool for arthritis/balance issues. Excellent people there as well.
