Dr. Knepper is amazing! Very knowledgeable, kind and empathetic. The staff from door to door were all polite and very friendly to work with. I appreciate the great professionalism and service that MSU Surgery always provides.
Dr. Foote is amazing. She had all the answers to my surgery questions before I could even ask them. Her bedside manor is very pleasant, feels like talking to a friend! Would highly recommend Dr. Foote!
Worst experience ever. Dr.Qu did a phenomenal job though.
Absolutely terrible with disability paperwork. After my procedure was done, no one will respond or help with the required paperwork to get paid. After 5 online messages and 3 phone calls, the receptionist had to get the MA to fill out my return to work letter AFTER I went in person to the office. The MA wouldn't look or speak to me when she saw me. If it wasn't for the receptionist, I'd probably be still waiting. Incompetent staff, appointments cancelled (their doing) and no one called me to reschedule. These were pre and po... read more
