They ignored all of my problems. i asked for a prescription Medication for my cold because i can't afford them and they blew me off. My foot has been in pain for a month now and they blew me off about that also. They only prescribed me medication for my mental health. Complete waste of time going to this place.
We love this place. After having gone to a doctor we abhorred for over a year,. We switched to MSU Child Health and were immediately impressed. We are in within 5 minutes or so every time, they are friendly, handle the paperwork and such really well, great with kids and explain things well.
My son is a former patient here. Staff is very rude! I called all week long trying to get paperwork needed for preschool and they have just been "too busy" So now I have to take time off work to get these papers. We will be switching doctors today. I don't see how the whole staff is as they said "too busy" to deliver my son's records. Also overbooked! Can't even make an appointment without it being months ahead!
