Well, The Staff comes off very friendly at first, helpful and it was said well get you taken care of quickly. Wrong, I asked not to be called a certain day they did anyway. Never followed thru with my order. I was told the item was covered. Then asking for a different script, never asked me any questions to fit me with a brace properly.
