The owner Miss Lisa has a profound sense of self importance and no skills in customer service. I drove an hour to get a first haircut for my baby and encountered a closed salon with an Out to Lunch sign. Since the pre-appointment communication showed that they are pretty aggressive in enacting late fees, I did my best to get there 10 minutes early and waited outside with my daughter. Not for us. Telling me to sit down rather than trying to soothe my 1.5 year old while he is screaming. Just so he can “trust you”. Please don’t tell me how to parent. Won’t be coming back.
Ms Lisa is the best! We always take our two boys to her.
We’ve been seeing Ms. Lisa for a few years and she is always wonderful with my girls!
