We took our toddler for his first haircut a few weeks ago. We were excited to see online that they had a plane and car chair for little ones, however when we went we did not get an option and he was sat in a normal chair with a booster. The process felt pretty rushed and we were never asked if there was any specific cut/style we wanted. Our kid cried the whole time - Ms. Lisa did great considering the circumstances. I do wonder if the experience would have been more positive if he did have a “cool” seat.
We have always had a wonderful experience here!
