Extremely disappointed with MSL Group's payment practices. Despite completing my work satisfactorily, they failed to pay my invoice for over 5 months. What's worse, when I raised concerns about charging interest and late fees as per our agreement, I was subtly manipulated into forgoing these charges with the promise of future work opportunities. This behaviour is unacceptable and unprofessional. Freelancers and contractors beware: ensure clear payment terms before working with MSL Group.
