My appt was booked online with the owner of this establishment. I arrived 18mins early for my scheduled appt and the stylist was NOT there. 2mins before my appt I reached out and asked how long she may be delayed, no response was given. I then called at my scheduled appt time and got NO ANSWER. She did respond immediately with a message saying ‘she’d call me back’. The call back was 2mins after my scheduled appt time and she explained she was on her way AND that another stylist would wash my hair….the other stylist WASN’T th... read more
