EDITED 16/9/25 Following business response. This was all done through the real estate agent with whom I was actively communicating via email and saw the correspondence from MSJ Plumbing. I note that it is possible for trades companies to think that property landlords may not pay attention to or challenge quotes organised by the property managers on the owners' behalf.
