From the minute we walked in, we felt the customer care. The store was spotless, the employees were polite and respectful. This is our second time here in just 2 weeks, consistently everyone has been excellent to us. They went above and beyond to show us two more slabs to save us another trip, we really appreciated that.
In 2019 I installed Everlife Andover Series, Wembly White custom vinyl from an MSI dealer. That floor didn't even last a year before scratches were all over it. I don't have pets. The dealer that sold it to me said they couldn't do anything but to call Mark from MSI.
