It is an excellent spa! It exceeded my expectations. It provides everything you need for a revitalizing and relaxing experience. The services they provide are excellent, truly!
We were looking for quartz slabs For our kitchen and this place had a huge selection, all the way up to jumbo slabs. They had numerous selections on display and offered us free samples to take home (within reason). The staff was helpful, both in showing us the products and helping us with next steps.
If you like cold showrooms and hands off employees this is the place for you. The ordering, purchasing and paying for the product that you have already chosen is a disaster. One window to order, he tells you to return in 10 min, then he gives you a piece of paper and says to see accounting, then back to the first window, then put a number on your car, then wait in your car. There must be a better way. I dont see myself returning unless a client requests a product of theirs (like this time)
Good selection, but just another one of those places for people that don't have a budget because they refuse to get you estimates on how much material costs. Gotta make sure your contractor can make some extra on the back end of the deal lol.
Peter at MSI was great. My wife and I had a hard time agreeing on the quartzite we would buy. Peter was super patient and lined up the main slabs we wanted to view. He did a great job getting us to the point that we were comfortable with our selection.
