Lots of choices but they will not give you pricing and will tell you everyone gets a different price depending on your distributor. You must have one. Reminded me of time share experience.
Love MSI. We bring all our customers here. Customer service is excellent. Easy to know what’s in stock and if it’s not how long it will take. Delivery is easy. All around fantastic.
This company doesn’t do a really good job with following up. I was called on Friday and told that my countertop that I had purchased form Home Depot was out of stock, then was informed that they could ship the countertops from California. I was very surprised that they didn’t know how many slabs I needed since the order was made by the contractor. I was then told that they would reach out to Home Depot who would then reach out to the contractor who would then tell them I have not heard anything since that phone call.
WORST PLACE IN PHOENIX! PEOPLE ARE REALLY INCOMPETENT! DONT EVER BUY HERE!!
What a great facility. Beautiful displays and the personnel are amazing. Laura Perez was so patient and walked us through the selection process. Definitely a 5 star operation.
