Great service... wide selections.
Absolutely frustrating experience. They have no systematic way to tell when your order gets delivered. They literally promised and changed the delivery date 5 times. It has been over 2 weeks and I’m still waiting.
I recently purchased quartz countertops from MSI Los Angeles and had a great experience! The showroom is clean and well-organized, the staff was knowledgeable and helpful, and the installation was professional. The quality of the materials is excellent. I was especially impressed with the design selection. By the way, I'm looking for a specific material—do you still carry or can you source the "Taj Mahal 3311" quartz style?
