DECEITFUL AND FRAUDULENT! I ordered glue down flooring from Home Depot online, and the order was supplied by MSI Los Angeles. When the order arrived, it was the same color, but a different brand name and the specs were different from what I ordered - namely, it was a thinner and cheaper product. I took photos and looked up what was shipped to me and found it listed for 30% less than what I paid at Home Depot online. This company appears highly suspicious and potentially fraudulent. MSI Los Angeles presents itself as a reputable supplier of stone and countertops, but in reality, it operates a tiny showroom with almost no stock and refuses to sell anything directly to walk-in customers. Staff repeatedly stated that they only work with contractors or dealers, refusing to provide pricing or product details. Literally the worst company out there, from substandard products, to complete and total lack of customer service, do yourself a favor, and choose another company to purchase from. Don't be fooled by an initially sleek looking website, the links are wrong, not all products are represented, and basic product info doesn't even exist. When calling the company, the woman answering talks very low, with a terrible connection quality, and then just hangs up before you can info you need.
