As someone mentioned previously, if I could, I would also give this company a NEGATIVE 10. Please, if you see a community managed by these thieves, run fast unless less you want a surprise bill for $4700 on top of your nearly $400/mo HOA fee. The misappropriation of funds is wild! I would give this organization a minus 10 if I could. The property manager for my HOA is childish, incompetent and vindictive. She makes false accusations with no facts to support them. This agency needs to be reported to the inspector general office
I had a great experience working with Katie Young! She answered all my questions regarding modifying my front yard landscaping She has such a positive attitude and friendly personality and was an absolute joy to work with! Katie is definitely an asset to MSI!!
Been asking for a quote and time frame for stucco work since May of 2024 only to be ignored by Gabriel Green for 4 months and then told it’s too expensive. Paying over $500 a month is an abuse of power. This company does not care about their customers and are here to take advantage of everyone they can.
