Nobody returns calls.  When you call them the receptionist gives you a word soup of excuses and when asked if I could speak to someone else she replies with another excuse on why nobody else can help!  So you are left with no help and no communication.  Hey, Garon Duncan, CEO OF MSI.  Are you aware of what is going on with your team??  Maybe you’re just in the business of collecting fees without providing any service at all??  Interesting!  I wonder what the Attorney General would think about that!!

MSI LLC demonstrates nothing but negligent behaviour. Look at the ceiling! Its ready to burst. MSI, Donna LaWall, Deneen Gaines and Glenn Eilers Vice President of Service & Support are dishonest people who lie when they talk. I hope this will reach the public. I will make sure this mistreatment gets revealed. I cant repair my interior because its soaking wet. I hope this will hit Donna, Deneen and Glenn as hard as life can hit them. I had an interview scheduled with MSI LLC today at 2:30 pm. I applied via Indeed.com. Several reminders were sent to me including today, September 6th at 12:10 pm. Immediately after, I got a cancelation of the interview from MSI LLC with no reason why and no option to reschedule. I had to call MSI directly to find out why. The receptionist said they have decided to go another direction. I should have been transferred to the hiring department. I think human resources should have contacted me directly. May 5, 2023, I filed a complaint with the BBB against Old Town Farm homes with MSI, LLC the management company with the other numerous complaints that MSI has received from other people. On May 11, 2023, I received a fraudulent bill, both emailed to me and mailed through the US Post Office, for $673.00.
