My husband and I visited MSI to look for countertops for our kitchen. The staff went above and beyond to assist us. Their customer service is outstanding. Shout out to Sam, Tristan, and Chris. Thank you so much. Unfortunately, it is uncommon to find this level of customer service these days. You are doing it right. MSI also had the most options to choose from and their showroom is outstanding.

MSI knocked it out of the park - finally a company that can both spell CUSTOMER SERVICE and give it nicely. Our countertop guy, Mike Tremain, suggested we check out the quartz selection at MSI, and I was greeted warmly, give clear instructions, taken out to their quartz offering warehouse and started scanning the QR codes of the quartz I was interested in.
