MSI knocked it out of the park - finally a company that can both spell CUSTOMER SERVICE and give it nicely. Our countertop guy, Mike Tremain, suggested we check out the quartz selection at MSI, and I was greeted warmly, give clear instructions, taken out to their quartz offering warehouse and started scanning the QR codes of the quartz I was interested in. The team at MSI was very helpful, friendly, and provided samples for us to take home.
Great selection of quartz, marble, granite, or any stone type need you might have. The staff was very friendly, Tristan gave me his opinion when I asked for it, but did not push me or try to sell me on anything. In a way, I am glad they don't sell retail, cause what would I do with a huge slab of granite sitting in my garage.
Tristan Miller was a very pleasant young man...kind, available, patient re questions and requests.
