We recently visited MSI for the first time and we were so impressed with the selection and the customer service. MSI had so many choices and provided us with great personalized service. We worked with Tristan, who was incredibly helpful and knew which granite would work well for our outdoor project. Once we narrowed our choices, he provided samples that we could take home to help finalize our decision. MSI is now our go-to for future home improvement projects.
Stopped in to check out slabs for a better idea of overall designs and colors. Everyone was helpful and the process to view the inventory was very organized and well laid out. Worked with Cassie who was incredibly helpful and patient. Highly recommend the time and effort to visit.
I can't tell you how lovely my experience was at MSI. The industry is a bit confusing, and they made my experience exceptional. The team (Tristan & Andrii) were not only great hosts, but they were also incredibly helpful. If you need stone in Indy, I can't imagine going anywhere else. It was that great of an buying experience... and I can't even buy anything from them!
We had a wonderful experience Saturday afternoon looking at countertop slabs. Andri was very helpful and informative. The showroom is majestic and organized well. We received samples that will help with our selection. Highly recommend!
I'd give 0 stars if possible... After spending $8,000 on Calacatta Valentin countertops from MSI, I'm writing this review to warn other homeowners in the Indianapolis and surrounding areas. We did everything right as customers - visited their showroom specifically to see the actual slabs, carefully selected a sample that would coordinate with our cabinet color and paint choices, and made a significant investment expecting quality and consistency.
